RPM Replacement Fuel Tank – 19 Gallon Upgrade for Maverick R

The Maverick R loves to guzzle fuel. Add a tune, boost, or switch to E85, and fuel consumption skyrockets. That’s where RPM’s precisely engineered, ethanol-safe, rotomolded tank steps in. Designed as a direct OEM replacement, this tank increases capacity from a modest 13 gallons to a full 19 without sacrificing glovebox space, dash components, or requiring factory systems to be rerouted. 

This upgrade is completely bolt-in. The original fuel pump, vent line, fill neck, and even the factory fuel gauge are all retained.

Tested and proven in the harsh conditions of Baja by some of the toughest drivers, the tank is built from durable 7.5mm thick rotomolded plastic, safe for ethanol use and significantly stronger than the OEM version. It also includes a factory-style rollover one-way valve, secured by a 6061 billet retention block.
